I just thought I would drop you a quick line to thank you and your staff for the way that Kelly's move to her new accommodation has been handled. I have yet to find an agency like yourselves that has been as efficient and professional as you have been, and believe me we have been involved with quite a few.
Kelly is so pleased with her new room and the condition of the house is immaculate.
