We experienced terrible plumbing in our flat. Zahid was always quick to reply to emails and very efficient in dealing with any of these problems that we had. Even if something wasn't necessarily part of his remit, he was always quick to help out. Homefinders is an expensive agency to deal with and I wouldn't rate the company as excellent, but I think Zahid is excellent and he has provided a great service which I always really appreciated. After going round a couple of agencies trying to find a flat for myself with no positive results, I finally walked into Homefinders office in Stratford and in less than a week the agency was able to arrange a suitable property for me with very convenient terms. WOW. After being let down by another local agency it was a breath of fresh air speaking with the branch manager Asdaq. I would just like to write that Asdaq from Homefinders was a delight to work with from the begining to the end kept me updated regularly. Homefinders were one of the last agents i instructed but found me a sutible tenant before anyone else (should have gone to them first) Thank you Asdaq for a pleasent, honest dealing.
I was very impressed with the service I received from Sushel in particular. From the outset, he made the effort to come to view the flat at very short notice and he came prepared - took photographs and gave me advice that was very helpful. Sushel went the extra mile with regard to the way he dealt with me and pleasantly surprised me by bringing a potential client to view the property within an hour of his visit to the property. The client even made an offer that unfortunately my personal circumstances did not allow me to accept. Thereafter, Sushel regularly took in other clients and diligently gave me feedback, took away quite a lot of the stress of letting out my property and also got another client to make a second improved offer. Sushel was considerate in appreciating my personal circumstances and tried to do his best to find me a tenant all within a 2 week period. Unfortunately, I was not able to accept any other offers as another letting agent got a professional couple who have paid my asking price and 6 months rent in advance.
My other dealings with the office - Asgher was always polite and made sure calls were returned and was willing to come to my home to pick up the keys for the flat. I would certainly use Homefinders in the future especially as I had a very, very bad experience with my previous letting agent.
Alan was brilliant to work with considering the sale took about a year to complete. Every time i had a question he helped me resolve it - true professional. Alan also liaised with my solicitors & i definitely recommend him.

Initially as my property was under offer within a week of being marketed by the Homefinders, I thought the fees charged were largely unjustified. However, if was pot offer that Alan really came into his own and more that earned his money. Our buyer was very keen to be in and Alan was excellent at making sure all her expectations were managed and he was able to ensure that wherever an obstacle was put in place fro the buyers solicitors, all parties were kept informed and the transaction proceeded smoothy.
This is the first time that I am letting my property and I was very anxious about it. As I am leaving the country for a while my main concern was about timing and making sure that my property would be let on time. Sushel came round twice to my flat , first for a valuation and the second time to give me more information regarding the letting packages that they offer at Homefinders. He has been very professional (and patient!) giving me all the information I needed and reassuring me that the property would be let on time. So far he delivered what he promised! More generally, Homefinders were incredibly helpful in locating my passport and sending round a locksmith when dimwit Elisa had let door slam, leaving flat door key inside. She hadn't yet worked intercom...

Asdaq/Homefinders dealt with this somewhat tricky transaction (in part because the seller was rather impatient and hotheaded, and in part because it was a slightly complicated purchase - a buy to let in which there were already tenants in situ, so he had to deal with quite a few questions from myself, and issues that I felt would have been slowed down by involving the solicitors). He also gave some good advice on the best way to proceed in a few situations, and helped to smooth the transaction process. To cap it all, he arranged to deliver the keys to me at the property on completion, timing this with my needs.
Great service, totally hands off, great prices for improvements, very good communication, achieved a higher rent than marketed for and tenants moved in within a week. The best charges and management package than any agent in the area, was worried this would reflect in a worse servive though so far unable to fault the service at all. I bought the house through them and did not expect to just use the selling agent for the house though after looking around they had the best overall management package and were very professional from initial contact and through the whole process.
Alan provided a fantastic service from start to finish. He was always returned calls quickly, seemed to move the deal on efficiently with very little hassle and gave some excellent advice. I only wish all estate agents were of this calibre as I've been seriously let down before.
Buying a house i was told was one of the most stressful things you can ever do... this was certainly the case with our purchase, however Homefinders made this process as easy as they could for us. Alan was great at expalinaing many of the terms that as first time buyers we didnt know and that helped alot. The process took the best part of a year and it was a massive struggle emotionally and finanically for us - however now being the out of the other side and in the property it was worth it. As first time buyers often the odds arent on your side as the market moves so much, and we struggled with this - we were often waiting a long time for paperwork and emails that meant alot of time was spent chasing lawyers, the agents and the bank, but Homefinders and Alan really helped. Alan was always available to us and we built a relationship over this time, which meant that we felt like we had someone who understood our worries and concerns.

Our purchase was a long, frustrating slog which took 8 months from start to finish. Alan was a fantastic help throughout. His communication was excellent, he almost always answered his mobile immediately and didn't object to calls at awkward times or on days off. Although I'm not a huge fan of these reviews, I feel that I have to express how pleased I am with the service that Alan Dantes has provided. From start to finish, he has been extremely experienced, very helpful with his knowledge of selling properties and generally spot-on in concluding the sale of my property.
Alan was very helpful from beginning to end - incredibly approachable and I felt that he was working for both myself and the vendor from beginning to end.
Alan was very accommodating in allowing me to come along for multiple viewings so that I could show the property to friends and family, and have preliminary meetings with builders.
My only complaint would be that there was a large outstanding debt on both the Gas and Electric keys, which I initially had to front with my own money. I managed to claim that money back through British Gas, but it involved a lengthy phone conversation, and it would have been more convenient if the debt had been sorted out in advance.
Overall I was very impressed with the service and would recommend Hackney Homefinders to other buyers.
Managed to find a tenant quickly at the required rent.
Also, have been helpful evicting last tenant and chasing up arrears.

I have recently bought a property from Homefinders. I had not heard of them before but it was a great experience. Asdaq the agent whom i dealt with always kept me updated, always was here to help and advise me on procedure, local market and help me conclude the purchase. This was important for me as i wasn’t from the area. Therefore having a good agent was vital. Having dealt with corporate agents before and being disappointed it was great to deal with an Agent like Asdaq. His valuation of property was accurate and his estimate rental income was spot on.
Now upon his advise I’m letting the property through Homefinders because of Asdaq and having sat down and worked out what to do with this property I’m now looking to buy more properties through Asdaq.

Homefinders is like no other agent I’ve ever met. They have delivered an exceptional service to me as a landlord. They’ve found really reliable tenants and have done so quickly (no more than a couple of weeks void). When things need repair, Homefinders ask first but then get a good job done at very reasonable cost (other agents would be happy with the most expensive option, with a kick-back). Small jobs cost me nothing, it’s all in my £1 a week subscription! Above all though, I know that these people care. They aren’t just trying to make a fast buck but really work at finding good homes for people who need them. Part of this is taking all the nuisance away from a landlord, making sure everyone gets a fair and reasonable deal. I’d recommend Homefinders to anyone – landlords and tenants alike.
